Welcome to Matter. By creating an account or using the Matter app or website (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Matter. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Matter is currently invite-only; access is granted at our discretion.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@liquidmatter.net if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you write in Matter. You grant Matter a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit your content as needed to run the Service (including delivering it to the audience you've chosen for each entry).
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Matter to harass others, post illegal content, infringe other people's rights, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep Matter available and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Service will be error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
